Be respectful of others' time and make necessary arrangements to be at your scheduled court time when making a reservation.Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled court time.

No outside food or drink is allowed on the courts with the exception of water and sugarless sports drinks.

No intentional throwing of paddles or equipment of any kind.

No unauthorized guests are permitted to play until signed up through CourtReserve and the waiver is signed.

You MUST have a reservation in order to gain access after staffing hours.

Reservations may be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled court time or event without penalty.

No-Call/No-Show reservations will be charged a penalty to the scheduler's account.

If any damage is caused to the facility equipment, the person responsible will be required to reimburse Spitfire Pickleball for the cost of repairing the damage.

It is important to be careful and avoid causing any damage to the property in order to avoid potential consequences such as suspension of membership or loss of access to the facilities.
